Refund & Cancellation Policy

All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted directly to Discover Vacations, LLC. Refunds cannot be processed through the Website or Shopify platform. This ensures proper handling of your vacation purchase and protects scheduled reservations with our resort partners.

How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to customercare@mydiscovervacations.com within 30 days of purchase. The request must be sent from the same email address used at checkout and include:

- Purchaser’s full name
- Purchase confirmation or Order ID
- Contact information

Refund Eligibility
•If a reservation has not been scheduled, all refund requests made within 30 days will be approved.
• If a reservation has already been scheduled, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@mydiscovervacations.com. Our team will review the reservation terms with our resort partners and assist you with available options.
• Refund requests received after 30 days are generally not eligible. However, our Customer Care team will review each case individually and explore possible alternatives, subject to approval.

Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be issued by check from Discover Vacations, LLC and mailed to the purchaser’s address on file. Please allow 10–14 business days after approval for processing and delivery.
