OFFER

This vacation package is available to U.S. and Canadian residents who meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the “Eligibility” section of these Terms & Conditions. Each purchaser is entitled to a Four Day and Three Night Orlando Vacation for two adults, including three (3) nights’ accommodations in the Greater Orlando area at a hotel rated 3 stars or above—such as, but not limited to, the Holiday Inn Express and Suites. In addition, each purchaser will receive a Bonus Vacation upon completion of the required vacation ownership presentation. The Bonus Vacation includes a choice of one (1) of the following options: Cruise Getaway 4-, 5-or 7-Night Cruise aboard Carnival Cruise Line or Similar, or a 7 Night Resort Condo Stay, or a hotel getaway with $100 Hotel Gift Card (see Bonus Vacation section for details). If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Travel for the 3-Night Orlando Vacation must be completed within 12 months of the purchase date. The promoter of this vacation is Discover Vacations, LLC, located at 2881 E Oakland Park Blvd, Suite 205, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33306. Charges incurred in addition to this offer, such as but not limited to ground transportation, additional travel options, upgrades, meals, hotel taxes, resort fees, security deposits, and parking, are the responsibility of the traveler. The verifiable retail value of accommodations varies by season and travel dates and ranges from $85 to $175 per night, per room, plus applicable hotel taxes.

ELIGIBILITY

This vacation package is valid for employed or retired citizens of the United States and Canada. All participants must be gainfully employed or retired, carry an active credit or debit card with a major logo, present valid, permanent US government-issued IDs or passports from country of residence and write, understand, and speak English or Spanish fluently. Additionally, if married or cohabiting, one traveler must be at least 28 years of age, and must vacation and attend sales presentation with their spouse/partner. Retired citizens must be at least 55 years of age. Cohabiting couples must have ID’s that have the same address. Single women must be at least 28 years of age and single men must be at least 35 years of age. The following are not eligible: employees of any timeshare company or any vacation club, or any hotel brand affiliated with a timeshare brand or a vacation club, or an agent, or a family member of an employee or an agent, of the promoter or any of its affiliates or vendors. Full time students are not eligible. This vacation is fully transferable to another party that meets the qualifications with payment of a $25.00 transfer fee.

This offer may not be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer provided by the promoter, or its affiliates. This offer is limited to one vacation per household within or outside of same residence and is not valid for more than one couple traveling together, groups traveling together, family reunions, two or more families traveling together, or for anyone attending a convention or conference. Those who violate this policy and/or who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will be charged the full retail value of this vacation.

PRESENTATION

Attendance at a sales presentation on the benefits of vacation ownership, which lasts approximately 120 minutes, is required. If married or cohabiting, couples must attend the entire sales presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will be charged the full retail value of this vacation and will result in forfeiture of any monies collected.

RESERVATIONS

Upon completion of purchase of the Orlando Vacation Package, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions to complete your booking directly on the My Discover Vacations Booking Portal at Portal.MyDiscoverVacations.com During this process, you will select your preferred and alternate travel dates, choose your hotel from the available options, and have the opportunity to add extra nights or enhancements to your stay. Once submitted, your booking will be activated and confirmed. Approximately 30 days prior to your scheduled travel dates, a representative from the Reservation Department will contact you to finalize any last-minute requests and reconfirm the details of your package. Do not book airline flights until you have received your confirmation from Discover Vacations. Changes within 72 hours of a confirmed arrival date, no-shows, or early departures result in forfeiture of the vacation package. Any deposits collected at the time of booking may be applied as a gift credit toward local attraction tickets or activity vouchers, upon verified completion of the required presentation. Gifting method and amount may vary by travel season and provider.

HOTEL

Upon check-in at the hotel, the purchaser will be required to provide the hotel with photo identification and an imprint of a major credit or debit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. The following fees are payable directly to the hotel: Hotel room taxes of approximately $37-$87, Resort fees of approximately $15.00-$30.00 plus tax per night. All guests will be responsible for providing a credit card at the time of check-in with the resort that will be preauthorized for approximately $100.00-$250.00 to cover any incidental charges. All fees charged by the hotel are subject to change at the hotel’s discretion.

BONUS VACATION

As part of this exclusive offer, you’ll receive a Bonus Vacation upon completion of a presentation with one of our Trusted Travel Partners highlighting exclusive travel benefits. You will have a choice of one (1) of the following:

Choice A: 4-, 5-, or 7-night cruise for two adults aboard Carnival, Royal Caribbean, or a comparable cruise line. Includes accommodations in an inside, lower-deck stateroom from select U.S. departure ports (upgrades available upon request). A Refundable Deposit will be collected at the time of booking.
Choice B: 4-day / 3-night hotel stay for two adults at participating destinations throughout the continental U.S., plus your choice of either a $100 True Hotel Gift Card or two attraction tickets (Orlando or Las Vegas only). A Refundable Deposit will be collected at the time of booking.
Choice C: 7-night resort condo stay in a one-bedroom condominium for up to 4 travelers, available in select U.S., Mexico, or Caribbean destinations. A Refundable Deposit will be collected at the time of booking.

This bonus is provided upon successful completion of the required vacation presentation. Travelers are responsible for applicable government taxes, agency or carrier-imposed fees, optional upgrades, resort fees, and cruise-related charges. Fees vary by selection and typically start at approximately $18 per night for hotel stays and $299 or more per unit for condo stays. All travel must be registered within 6 months of issue and completed within 18 months. Responsibilities - Neither the travel provider nor the distributor of this offer assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense, or inconvenience, nor for loss, injury, death or damage to any persons or property or liability whatsoever due to delays and/or cancellations regardless of cause. The travel provider assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this offer.

REVISIONS Any revisions made to a reservation will be charged a $25 penalty per reservation.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The Reservation partner acts as an agent for hotels and all other services supplied as part of this vacation package and shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services.

The Reservation partner will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met.
