VACATION OFFER

This vacation package is available to U.S. and Canadian residents who meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the “Eligibility” section of these Terms & Conditions. Each purchaser is entitled to a 4-day/3-night Pocono Mountains getaway for two adults, with accommodations at a hotel rated 3 stars or higher in the Pocono area—such as, but not limited to, the Hampton Inn & Suites or Staybridge Suites. Upon completion of an informative presentation highlighting exclusive travel opportunities and benefits with one of our trusted resort partners, purchasers will also receive a Bonus Vacation. Choices include a 4-, 5-, or 7-night cruise aboard Carnival, Royal Caribbean, or a comparable cruise line; a 7-night resort condo stay; or a hotel getaway with a $100 Hotel Gift Card (see “Bonus Vacation” section for full details). If an advertised provider is unavailable for the selected travel dates, Discover Vacations reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Travel for the 3-night Pocono Mountains getaway must be completed within 12 months of purchase.

Additional charges including ground transportation, optional upgrades, meals, hotel taxes, resort fees, security deposits, and parking are the responsibility of the traveler. Retail value of accommodations varies by season and ranges from $85 to $175 per night, plus applicable taxes.

ELIGIBILITY

This vacation offer is available to U.S. and Canadian residents who are employed or retired, have a valid government-issued ID or passport, and carry a major credit or debit card. Participants must also be fluent in English or Spanish. If married or living with a partner, one traveler must be at least 28 years old, and both must travel and attend the presentation together. Retired travelers must be 55 or older. Single women must be at least 28 years of age; single men must be at least 35. Cohabiting couples must provide IDs with matching addresses.

This promotion is not eligible for full-time students, individuals employed by or affiliated with timeshare or vacation club companies, or employees and family members of the promoter or its vendors. Only one vacation package is permitted per household. This offer is not valid for group travel, family reunions, multiple couples or families vacationing together, or those attending conventions or conferences. Those who do not meet these guidelines or fail to attend the full presentation will be charged the retail value of the vacation. This package is fully transferable to another qualified party for a $25 transfer fee.

PRESENTATION

As part of this exclusive offer, guests are invited to attend a presentation hosted by one of our resort partners. The presentation is a perfect opportunity to explore vacation options and discover exclusive travel perks designed to enhance future getaways. If you are married or living with a partner, we simply ask that you both attend the full presentation together. Guests who choose not to participate or do not attend the presentation together or in its entirety will no longer qualify for the promotional pricing or any bonus gifts included.

RESERVATIONS 

Upon completion of purchase of the Poconos Mountain Vacation Package, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions to complete your booking directly on the My Discover Vacations Booking Portal at My Discover Vacations Booking Portal During this process, you will select your preferred and alternate travel dates, choose your hotel from the available options, and have the opportunity to add extra nights or enhancements to your stay. Once submitted, your booking will be activated and confirmed. Approximately 30 days prior to your scheduled travel dates, a representative from the Reservation Department will contact you to finalize any last-minute requests and reconfirm the details of your package. Do not book airline flights until you have received your confirmation from Discover Vacations. Changes within 72 hours of a confirmed arrival date, no-shows, or early departures result in forfeiture of the vacation package.  Any deposits collected at the time of booking may be applied as a gift credit toward local attraction tickets or activity vouchers, upon verified completion of the required presentation. Gifting method and amount may vary by travel season and provider.

HOTEL

Upon check-in at the hotel, the purchaser will be required to provide the hotel with photo identification and an imprint of a major credit or debit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. The following fees are payable directly to the hotel: Hotel room taxes of approximately $37-$87, Resort fees of approximately $15.00-$30.00 plus tax per night. All guests will be responsible for providing a credit card at the time of check-in with the resort that will be preauthorized for approximately $100.00-$250.00 to cover any incidental charges. All fees charged by the hotel are subject to change at the hotel’s discretion. 

BONUS VACATION

As part of this exclusive offer, you’ll receive a Bonus Vacation upon completion of a presentation with one of our Trusted Travel Partners highlighting exclusive travel benefits. You will have a choice of one (1) of the following:

  • Choice A: A 4-, 5-, or 7-night cruise for two adults aboard Carnival, Royal Caribbean, or a comparable cruise line. Includes accommodations in an inside, lower-deck stateroom from select U.S. departure ports (upgrades available upon request). A Refundable Deposit will be collected at the time of booking.
  • Choice B: A 4-day / 3-night hotel stay for two adults at participating destinations throughout the continental U.S., plus your choice of either a $100 True Hotel Gift Card or two attraction tickets (Orlando or Las Vegas only). A Refundable Deposit will be collected at the time of booking.
  • Choice C: A 7-night resort condo stay in a one-bedroom condominium for up to 4 travelers, available in select U.S., Mexico, or Caribbean destinations. A Refundable Deposit will be collected at the time of booking.

This bonus is provided upon successful completion of the required vacation presentation. Travelers are responsible for applicable government taxes, agency or carrier-imposed fees, optional upgrades, resort fees, and cruise-related charges. Fees vary by selection and typically start at approximately $18 per night for hotel stays and $299 or more per unit for condo stays. All travel must be registered within 6 months of issue and completed within 18 months. We do our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience; however, neither the travel provider nor the distributor of this offer can be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We also cannot assume liability for any personal loss, injury, or property damage that may occur during your trip. Please note that only the details outlined in this offer are guaranteed, and we cannot be responsible for any verbal or written statements made outside of these terms.

REVISIONS

Any revisions made to a reservation will be charged a $25 penalty per reservation.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Discover Vacations serves as the reservation and fulfillment partner for this vacation package, coordinating hotel stays and related travel services. While we strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience, we act as a booking agent on behalf of participating hotels, cruise lines, and other service providers. As such, we are not responsible for service interruptions, cancellations, delays, or any personal or property issues that may occur during travel.

Discover Vacations also cannot assume responsibility for interruptions or delays caused by weather events, labor disputes, natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond our control. This promotional offer is valid across the U.S. but may be void where prohibited by law or where specific licensing or regulatory requirements are not met.

NO PURCHASER SHALL RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.
